Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Botanical Harmony.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

 

Refund Policy

Refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to offer a refund only.

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.

By law, the following items cannot be returned if you change your mind:

  • Cosmetics (if hygiene seal is broken)
  • Beauty products/toiletries
  • Fragrances

 

Refunds:

Botanical Harmony will accept returns and provide you with a refund if your purchased item falls outside of the above categories.

You may be offered either a replacement or a refund. Refunds will be provided using original payment method where:

  • The item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • The item is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description; and
  • You can provide proof of purchase

You may be requested to return goods but in most cases will be asked to provide a photograph of any damaged goods instead; this is to ensure that Botanical Harmony’s quality standards are upheld and any manufacture or packaging concerns are rectified by us immediately.

 

Proof of Purchase

Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:

  • Online Tax Invoice (order confirmations will not be accepted)
  • Financial statements such as a bank statement, credit card statement
  • Online proof of purchase when calling Customer Service also includes Afterpay statements

 

Privacy

You will be asked for information that is relevant to your return or to satisfy legislative requirement. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return. When returning merchandise with proof of purchase, you will be asked for your signature as authorisation of the return transaction. If Botanical Harmony agrees to a return without adequate proof of purchase, you will be asked to provide identification containing your full name. Botanical Harmony will record your name and form of identification provided, which may be accessed by authorised Botanical Harmony team members for fraud protection activities.

Information collected will be securely stored in accordance with Botanical Harmony ’s Privacy Policy. Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within a 2 day standard response period and we will notify you via email of the results. We reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases with prior notice to you.

In cases of Direct Debit, the refund request can be processed only after a 6 day period from the payment date, this period is needed for your bank process settlement to complete.

Botanical Harmony will only review and respond to your refund request after these 6 day period ends.

Refund, returns or exchange requests are accepted up to 14 days from the date of placing the order with Botanical Harmony. Botanical Harmony may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and products at its discretion.

You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the order is already shipped or delivered, we will not be able to approve the cancelation request.

Some products have special conditions for returns as described in the order or product materials delivered so please read these carefully before making a request. In case of misunderstandings between Botanical Harmony’s Refund Policy and the Product Terms, the present Refund Policy will prevail.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if due to Botanical Harmony’s error.

 

If the refund request is granted by Botanical Harmony, payments are refunded as follows:

  1. Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business days;
  2. Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days.
